DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Bond offering (bond underwriting) business:l Collaborate with issuers, syndicate, DCM teams and local underwriters for International/Formosa Bond issuance.l Liaise with the Taipei Exchange and Taiwan Securities Association for International/Formosa Bond listing as registered underwriting personnel.l Facilitate CA-CIB Taipei Branch's TWD bond issuance.2. Relationship maintenance:l Maintain clients' KYC profile, or onboard new clients.l Contribute to developing a strong and profitable relationship based on trust with key decision makers at the appropriate level.l Play an active role alongside with product/business lines to expand business scope and deepen wallet share of CA-CIB's product offerings.l Maximize cross-selling of products and services through all CA-CIB geographies.3. Business/strategy planning:l Help to prepare/measure the business plans and achievements (client budgeting or strategic planning preparation).4. Documents negotiation:l Facilitate the ISDA/CSA/GMRA negotiation with key FI counterparties to ensure smoothly conducted business.5. Credit lines and risk management:l Assist in the preparation of annual review of credit lines for Bank and Life Insurance clients.l Contribute to the risk analysis & portfolio management by having a regular conversation/update with risk teams.6.
