It offers expert advice and solutions in risk management, strategic planning, and human capital management.Job Description- Supporting the end-to-end delivery of cyber risk consulting projects, including cyber risk assessment, incident response, tabletop exercises, security initiatives, risk quantification, and more.- Conducting cyber security assessments for clients, reviewing information security policies, processes, and procedures. Evaluating and analyzing threats, vulnerabilities, impacts, and risks identified during security assessments. Providing guidance on cyber security incident response processes, developing and delivering tabletop exercises, incident response plans, and playbooks.- Demonstrating an excellent understanding of cyber security tools across various environments. Evaluating and recommending information security technologies to enhance clients' security posture.- Reviewing clients' compliance through ongoing security and audit reviews.- Conducting research on clients' cybersecurity risk areas and explaining technical details and remediation strategies for vulnerabilities.- Staying updated on different domains within the cybersecurity space and relevant industry trends. Contributing to research support for building robust deliverables and providing advisory support to clients on cyber security initiatives.- Assisting in the implementation of cyber security initiatives and technical implementations across various domains. Ensuring cyber security compliance with policies, standards, and regulations for clients.- Collaborating with clients' corporate, government, business, and technical teams to ensure accurate scoping and services.- Supporting the team in innovating cybersecurity approaches and go-to-market strategies, understanding industry trends, and positioning security solutions to clients.- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships and networks with clients and internal stakeholders. Identifying pre-engagement requirements and assisting with scoping work to increase exposure to offerings and capabilities.The Successful ApplicantBachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering or any relevant discipline
8+ years professional experience in cybersecurityrequire experience in business development and executing client projects.
A proven track record in delivering cyber security projects
Have excellent client management and communication skills
Should be a self-starter who can challenge status quo by bringing in fresh ideas that help improve the practice deliverables
Strong analytical problem solving skills and experience, ideally gained in the management-consulting sector although other sectors could be relevant
Experience in leading multiple projects from inception to completion with high quality of delivery in a complex and challenging environment
Smart, collaborative, relationship and outcome focused with the ability to make decisions where ambiguity exists
Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in the prioritization of competing work assignments, escalation of issues and the formulation of solutions
Effective organization skills with key attention to detail and delivery of high quality documentation with the ability to implement/influence change
Strong sense of business ethics and principles
Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written with the ability to communicate technical matters to a non-technical audience
Fluency in Chinese and English
Experience in Crisis Management will be desirable
