Liminal has processed transactions over $9 billion and has ~$800 million worth of Assets Under Protection.Our LinkedIn profile -Our website -Our Blogs -Profile Name - Solutions Engineer,Function - Sales & Business DevelopmentRoleSolutions Engineer will be working closely with the Business Development Directors, APAC to support the technical discussions from sales demonstrations to onboarding process and account management. You will be the bridge between the sales team and the tech team to facilitate and/or deliver POC setup, give demos on SDK and API features of Liminal infrastructure, and also act as a primary point of contact for potential and existing customers’ technical queries. This role will be focusing on Taiwan and APAC markets.Additionally, you will be working on the long-term strategy of technical sales, as well as making recommendations to the product roadmap based on the feedback from potential and existing customers.Solutions Engineer will be reporting to the Business Development Director, APAC.Responsibilities:

Independently responding to potential and existing customers’ technical queries
Delivering tailored demonstrations to match the different requirements of potential clients
Understanding and communicating the wallet infrastructure requirements of the potential clients
Providing in-depth technical presentations on new and existing product features to existing clients
Working closely with the Business Development Directors and other internal stakeholders in the same or other time zones throughout the sales process like Onboarding team, Engineering team, Customer support, build out a rapport of seeking & providing timely support to each other
Aiding the overall GTM strategy of the sales team in standardizing or templatising the solutions
Gathering feedback from potential and existing clients on product improvements, and communicating the findings to the product and technical teams
Develop and maintain guides and other technical documentations in collaboration with the internal stakeholders.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years experience as an accomplished Solutions Engineer in B2B crypto/blockchain organizations.
Prior experience in integration of Blockchain based wallet infrastructure or Web3 applications, is an added advantage
Client facing experience is a must
Talented in storytelling and presenting technical demonstrations.
Capable of engaging in strategic and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization.
Able to communicate effectively technical knowledge and terminology to technical and non-technical audiences
Confident, direct and concise communication and presentation skills
In-depth understanding and hands-on experience at SOAP / REST APIs, Postman, SDKs, distributed systems, databases, and programming languages & tools like Python, Javascript, Typescript, Linux or Mac, CI/CD tools, GIT
Understanding and knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, is an added advantage
Fluent in written and spoken in Mandarin and English
Experience in blockchain wallet infrastructure and/or custody is not mandatory but will be preferred
Experience with creating guides, architectural diagrams and technical documentation.
Be able to work in fact paced and agile environment, and flexibility to adjust to the changing priorities
Focused on self-development and quick learning to keep pace with organisational or macro level changes
