We're hiring Program Manager Intern of Amazon Global Selling Taiwan team!Amazon Global Selling Taiwan is on a mission to help local businesses of all sizes to start local and grow global! We have been helping businesses to directly reach new customers around the globe and build global business presence. Today, more than 50% of Amazon's total sales come from third-party selection. Asia Global Selling team is responsible for recruiting local businesses across Asia countries to sell on Amazon's overseas marketplaces, and supporting local businesses' success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of business to go globally.We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated customer-centric member to develop, launch and drive seller anecdote mechanism, identify program opportunities based on data analysis, and research market trend in supply chain and, continuously propose and drive initiatives to improve Taiwan Seller Experience.The ideal candidate will play a critical role in liaising with multiple stakeholders within and outside the team to scale and drive progress towards each initiative & program. The person would need to understand seller needs and frictions, estimate business impact size, work on diverse data and seller anecdotes to develop initiative and enhance Taiwan seller experience to accelerate launch and feature adoption. The person would need to create mechanisms to solicit seller feedback and subsequently work with relevant stakeholders to provide incremental value on problem solving through findings. He/she would also initiative and trace internal programs to work with local/global stakeholders to discover optimization opportunity and improve cross-team efficiency as well.Key job responsibilities
  • Build and lead TW seller anecdote mechanism via collecting team's feedback with the objective to enhance seller experience through the learning journey
  • Participate in TW GS PMO programs to improve seller experience and increase cross team collaboration efficiency
  • Prepare local logistics market trend and continuously identify improvement areas on product optimization and improvement
  • Have a seller backwards approach when driving adoption mechanisms, think seller first and execute accordingly
  • Invent and simplify to drive/deliver impact in a scale
  • Create and maintain project trackers to ensure optimization of every opportunity to drive awareness and make suggestions on success metrics
  • Communicate business problems & requirements and gain support from internal stakeholders
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Taipei, TPE, TWN | Taipei, TWNBASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Currently enrolling in a Bachelor's degree or higher degree program or have graduated less than one year
  • Language skills - ability to communicate (written and spoken) in Mandarin Chinese and English
  • Ability to work as full time (40 hrs/week)
  • Problem solving and data/anecdotes analysis skills
  • Super learn and be curious and love to invent and simplify
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and responsibilities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Project/program management skills
  • Ability to think and act strategically and tactically
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Ability to summarize and communicate important data
  • Strong communication skills (i.e., experience in coordinating teams and communicating to management).
  • Solid organizational skills, including prioritization and time management
  • MBA or other relevant master's degree is a plus
