- Build and lead TW seller anecdote mechanism via collecting team's feedback with the objective to enhance seller experience through the learning journey
- Participate in TW GS PMO programs to improve seller experience and increase cross team collaboration efficiency
- Prepare local logistics market trend and continuously identify improvement areas on product optimization and improvement
- Have a seller backwards approach when driving adoption mechanisms, think seller first and execute accordingly
- Invent and simplify to drive/deliver impact in a scale
- Create and maintain project trackers to ensure optimization of every opportunity to drive awareness and make suggestions on success metrics
- Communicate business problems & requirements and gain support from internal stakeholders
- Currently enrolling in a Bachelor's degree or higher degree program or have graduated less than one year
- Language skills - ability to communicate (written and spoken) in Mandarin Chinese and English
- Ability to work as full time (40 hrs/week)
- Problem solving and data/anecdotes analysis skills
- Super learn and be curious and love to invent and simplify
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and responsibilities
- Project/program management skills
- Ability to think and act strategically and tactically
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Ability to summarize and communicate important data
- Strong communication skills (i.e., experience in coordinating teams and communicating to management).
- Solid organizational skills, including prioritization and time management
- MBA or other relevant master's degree is a plus
