- Co-work with global/regional/China innovation team to develop 1-3 years product roadmap for new product launch.
- Develop annual marketing plan (ATL&BTL) with portfolio management to deliver sales target with market share gain. Lead and coordinate across functions to translate marketing strategies into implementation tactics.
- Collect and analyze market dynamic, consumer insights, and competition strategies to make recommendations to management team. Propose brand positioning, communication angles, media mix to strengthen brand equity and drive sales.
- Develop or adapt brand communication materials and ensure high quality of execution to meet brand KPIs and deadline.
- Co-work with sales team to prepare sales forecasts, monitor sales, control pricing and promotion across channels, and manage A&P budget to maximize output.
- To plan and execute annual digital marketing strategy and synergize CRM output.
- CRM program design, implementation, evaluation, and improvement solutions
- 3-5 years brand management experience in consumer electronics, FMGC, trade marketing background is a plus.
- Demonstrate working knowledge on principles and methods of marketing strategy, advertising, media buying, and promotion.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate/communicate cross functions teams, especially sales team.
- Acumen in financial numbers, pricing, and margin.
- Good project management capability and time management
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
