- Configure and support KLA software applications in semiconductor manufacturing in close collaboration with customer engineering, and KLA engineering and marketing teams.
- Respond to customer requests and provide outstanding support with effective communication.
- Troubleshoot problems and determine remedial actions required to resolve them.
- Communicate requirements on new product features, enhancements, and bug fixes clearly to engineering team, drive the product development processes, and strive to deliver high-qualify solutions to customer on time.
- Understand customer’s production workflow for KLA solutions to provide maximum value to customers. Identify gaps and challenges, and areas of further collaboration.
- Doctorate (Academic) or work experience of 0 years , Master's Level Degree or work experience of 2 years , Bachelor's Level Degree or work experience of 3 years
- A strong understanding of defect detection, simulation, classification, and yield management is highly valued.
- Ability to set priorities and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across different projects.
- Demonstrated skills in conceptualizing creative technical solutions, documenting them clearly, and presenting them effectively to management. Strong presentation, technical writing, and communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% within Taiwan or internationally.
- Work Environment: This role involves working in cleanroom environments, which require wearing protective gear and following strict protocols. Candidates should be comfortable with this setting and able to maintain good physical and mental condition under pressure.
- Experience in image processing, general data analysis, computer programming, and mask/IC manufacturing or OPC/EDA applications
- Familiarity with Linux-based workflows and basic programming skills to support automation and data handling.
- A curious mindset and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
