Job Description:Details of the Division and Team:Operations is responsible for driving the planning and the day-to-day management of the business to align with the bank's mission and strategic goals. Operations set the direction and manage performance to bank targets with a focus on continual performance improvement. That’s why we are committed to providing an environment with your development and wellbeing at its center.You can expect:Annual health checkup – cost borne by company (once a year) (above 40years old is TWD10,000 & less than 40 years old is TWD5,000)EAP – free and confidential counseling, online work-life resourcesAnnual leaves entitlementBetter Maternity leaveYour key responsibilities:Manage and lead account opening team for FINI account opening process and system projectStatement, reporting, reconciliation and monthly invoiceParticipant in system enhancement for clients’ request and market changeSupport client requests and inquiries for account openingSupport internal/external audit for risk control purposeSupport Business on client due diligenceWork with Custody Ops head and other team leads to ensure implementation of local aspects or product strategy and changeProvide recommendations for process improvement and cost savingCommunicate with all stakeholders internally and externally related to account opening processing
