- Monitor and report on the performance of the collections process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all collection activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Provide training and guidance to the collections team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a collections or risk management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in the use of relevant collections and risk management software and tools.
