- Distributors Account development: Distribution management and biz development.
- Align with BU to setup Go-to-market strategies to accelerate growth in long tail accounts
- Development and execution of distributor strategy by leveraging ADI's unique capabilities
- Identify local emerge market/ecosystem, drive channel partners design opportunity pipelines and new customers
- Distributors/Key customer relationship management skills up to senior management levels
- Communication skills, including the ability to explain clearly, active listener.
- Good negotiation skill and influence others
- Ability to understand block diagrams of customer’s systems
- In-depth market insight
- Strategic thinking
- Technical background is plus
- BSEE/MSEE or equivalent technical degree with preference for semiconductor expertise
- 3-5 years of related experience in electronics components industry with a proven track record
- Project management skills with ability to leverage unique strengths of all stakeholders
