- Ensure implementation and compliance to Product Quality Inspections Regulation in Service Offshore.
- Ensure implementation and compliance to Service Performance Quality Audits Process Regulation in Service Offshore.
- Develop and execute detailed inspection plans for wind turbine service and maintenance activities.
- Prioritize inspection requests based on internal and external requirement.
- Conduct quality inspections and assessments for wind turbine maintenance, repairs, and service activities across the APAC region.
- Document inspection findings and prepare comprehensive quality reports for stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and work collaboratively with teams to implement solutions.
- Monitor trends in quality performance and contribute to long-term improvement strategies.
- Support training and development of service teams to promote quality awareness and adherence to standards and regulations.
- Promote a zero-defect mindset across the organization through training and coaching.
- Train Quality Technicians in the theoretical and practical part of the program.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in installation, maintenance, quality management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and inspection techniques.
- Familiarity with wind turbine components, maintenance procedures, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Must have a valid Driver's License B.
- Able to handle physically demanding tasks.
- Empowerment to stop process due to poor quality.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the APAC region.
