Job Title:Senior Specialist, Procurement ContractsJob Description:The Role:Entegris is seeking a Procurement Contracts Manager to join the Entegris Law Department. We are looking for a talented attorney to join a team of contract managers supporting our rapidly growing and evolving procurement business. You will serve as the primary lawyer responsible for counseling the procurement organization and the business on a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters including structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial transactions. You and the team will work directly with the sourcing team and the business.
