- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience in working with advertisers, agencies or clients.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time as required.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to engage with clients in the region.
- Experience in working with advertisers, agencies or clients, and collaborating with C-level stakeholders.
- Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics across all digital advertising products.
- Ability to build narratives and utilize storytelling as an engagement strategy.
- Ability to assess and solve customer needs by sales techniques, including questioning, managing objections and engaging promotions.
- Ability to exhibit thought leadership and executive functioning within the digital marketing space.
- Develop customer’s business by driving product adoption and growth.
- Work towards goals while prioritizing and delivering customer experience to Google's agencies and advertisers.
- Implement ways to improve agency and customer relationships and share performance enhancing suggestions.
- Carry business growth and productivity goals and drive in-quarter business growth and product adoptions.
- Provide advice and help advertisers get the return on investment in their advertising by working in a consultative role.
