As a Software Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software/firmware basis the customer’s business goals, needs and general business environment creating software/firmware solutions.
You will:
- As domain Subject Expert Master (SME) of technical design areas the effort on CI/CD processes, automation and tools to make our services simpler and more robust
- Mentor ODM and 3rd Party external teams and internal members in design collaboration, code reviews, development tools and processes
- Take part in the full software/firmware development life cycle including development, test, continuous delivery, technical support and execution reporting
- Be an member of an agile team, collaboratively realizing features through development, test and delivery

Here’s what we are looking for with this role:Essential Requirements8+ years work experience, including experiences in developing high volume IOT productsSoftware/firmware and hardware development experience for IoT or WLAN and strong problem-solving skills. Foundation of hardware/schematic knowledge/experience is must.Agility to coach ODM and 3rd party teams as a group and drive development milestones of solution delivery.Experience in software/firmware/driver development/programming using at least one of C/C++/C#/Python/JavaFamiliar RTOS (e.g. Zephyr) and open source programming. Agility to adapt to technologies and processes quicklyDesirable RequirementsBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
