We are looking for talented designers/engineers to help us take on the additional projects and support the company growth. We need designers with the courage to explore new ideas and forms, combined with the ability to collaborate respectfully in a team.【POSITION SUMMARY】Collaborates with industrial designers, material engineers, mechanical engineers, tooling engineers, and suppliers to implement color, material, and finish plans.【JOB DESCRIPTION 】
  • Implement CMF plans for a wide variety of consumer products by working directly with suppliers to achieve goals and produce superior CMF solutions.
  • Owns color matching process with material suppliers and manufactures.
  • Works collaboratively and professionally in a global team environment.
  • Be responsible for the integration and validation of new CMF technologies from product development through production.
  • Manage and analyze new materials, colors, finishes for relevant market segments
  • Support operations on technology and knowledge transfer for new materials and processes which have been developed.
  • Communicates status of work clearly providing visibility to supervisor or mentor verbally.

  • Manage a color management system.
  • Providing samples for color & material library.
  • Be current on the development and advances in material innovation and technology
