  • Purpose of the Job:
To plan, direct organize and manage the area branch for maximising customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service, providing information about products and services that suit and fulfill customers' needs.
  • Principal Accountabilities:
  • Contributes to portfolio growth in terms of numbers of accounts and total relationship balance
  • Leads branch to enhance and build on customer service to ensure HSBC world class service is delivered at all times
  • Develop, implements, and manages a cost effective WPB operation platform to ensure productivity, quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Acts as a bank legal representative, BUCO, branch compliance officer and branch commandant ensures audit recommendations and contingency plan are implemented
Qualifications
  • University and/or above.
  • Minimum 10 years of executive experience in general banking with experience in sales and service management. Previous Branch Manager experience is preferred.
  • Extensive product knowledge and development experience coupled with strong analytical and planning skill.
  • A proven track record with strong leadership and communication skills.
