Together, we will build on our company’s long history and keep on leading the way to a better world.Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesPurposeThe Project Manager would be a seasoned professional with prior Data Centre construction experienceand a good multidisciplinary engineering and construction acumen.The Project Manager will be responsible to ensure project delivery for the Data Centre market in the regionincluding:- Design, A/E, Consulting, Master planning- Pre-construction, VDC and related consulting activities- Construction including General Contracting, Construction Management- Commissioning, IST and start-upThe primary goal for the Project Manager will be to ensure all projects are delivered within budgets, timeand quality. Safety Management is a key element and is has a high focus within Exyte’s organizationalprinciples.Key Roles in the areas of:· Program/Project Development and Management· Architecture, Civil, Structural· Mechanical Engineering· Electrical Engineering· PCS (Project Control Systems): Estimating, Scheduling, Procurement· DCIM (DataCenter Infrastructure Management): IT/Telecom/Security, I&C,· Data center Commissioning & Start-up· Program/Project Commercial Management· Change Order Management· Cost Benchmarking· Development, formulation & check of the technical requirements and establish project design/buildcriteriaWithin the CE DTC team, the candidate could also supplement the following responsibilities:Electrical Package Manager· Coordination & Check of the engineering of the electrical systems during design and/orconstruction. Electrical HV/MV/LV systems knowledge and understanding is requiredI&C Package Manager· Coordination & Check of the engineering of the I+C systems during design and construction:FMCS, SCADA, DCIM, Security and life safety systems, etc.Mechanical Package Manager· Coordination & Check of the engineering of the mechanical systems during design andconstruction: Air handling systems including (direct) free cooling systems, Chilled & Cooling waterincluding (indirect) free cooling systems, Water treatment, Piping, etc.Show your expertisesUniversity degree and a minimum of 15 years of professional experience ·Significant construction project management experience (5-10+ years) working on multi-million Euro projects ·5+ years of Data Centre industry experience ·Strong background in MEP engineering and systems ·Commissioning (L1-5) experience is required ·Pre-construction, and engineering review experience is preferred ·Program Management experience is preferred ·Fluency in English ·Ability to travel and execute projects within the EU regions ·Fluency in English ·Strong communication and interpersonal skills ·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ·Excellent organization and time-management ·Presentable ·Customer focusedContact Information *Would you like to become part of the Exyte team?
