In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Job Description:Credit/Debit card Dispute & chargeback processing : * Handling and communication with Chiness-speaking of disputed credit card customer accounts.
  • Correspondence and communication with international card-issuing organizations
  • Data review, filing, document charging, and cross-department communication.
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirement: * Bachelor degree or above
  • Familiar with Microsoft word and Microsoft excel.
  • Patience and able to work under pressure
  • License of 內稽內控 is favorable.
