- Management of customer and vendor master data for Taiwan
- Track and verify invoice details against settlement reports and contractual terms
- Respond to customer and vendor queries
- Liaise with local and off shore team for invoice processing and payments
- Assist global finance and legal teams with corporate procedures
- Document control
- Update monthly cashflow reports and assist with bookkeeping
- Accounts receivable ageing management
- Manage periodical bank reconciliations
- Fortnightly cash receipting
- Raising PO's for various business units
- Manage company's expense claims
- Support procedures for export/import customs clearance
- Liaise with travel management vendor to assist Taiwan staff with domestic and international travel
- Support with managing our Taipei office
- General office duties including office maintenance, ordering of office stationary and kitchen supplies, company merchandise, deliveries and general ad hoc duties
- Ensure a professional presentation of the Taipei office including the upkeep of office kitchen including cleaning the fridge, coffee machine and
- Assist IT with system and equipment setup, tag and maintenance
- Assist with event planning from time to time
