Shift works required.Work and perform in compliance with company’s regulation and request.Perform Technical Field Service activitiesInstallation and commissioning of equipmentTroubleshooting, repair, and maintenanceEscalation supportUser Training / Customer TrainingProviding sales supportAll necessary reporting as per company policyDemonstrate customer service skills and knowledge with a high level of passion and dedication.Demonstrate strong and efficient ability to learn a skill on Coordinate Measuring Machines utilizing mechanical and electronic aptitude.Report to Service Manager / Factory on any product issues experienced such as standards of production, quality and safety of the product rangeProvides documents activities performed utilizing the required format, such as service report, technical report, etc.Develop and maintain relationship with customer to achieve the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction.Respond to satisfaction surveys, working to resolve customer care issues.Provide timely response to all requests from both internal and external customers.Perform necessary administrative paperwork in complete and accurate manner.Solutions oriented with ability to work independently in a high pressure, fast paced and innovative environment.Feedback in time on product quality issues on site, as well as marketing information to the company.Ensure direct reports maintain company-issued test equipment and support tools.Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assignedEducationA university degree in optics/mechatronics with professional experience or are a technician/master craftsman with several years of experience in optics or mechatronicsA sound knowledge of the analysis of the dynamic behavior of mechanical systems and have at least a basic knowledge of MatlabTOEIC Listening & Reading score
750Experience3-5 years of experience in the field of optics or precision mechanicsHighly customer-orientedEUV experience is a plusMATLAB programming and troubleshooting skills is a plusKnowledge of different simulation techniques with help of common software to simulate dynamic systemsOther skillsMicrosoft operating system knowledge is requiredBe able to function independently, be self-motivated and yet be part of a team.Good command of written and spoken EnglishWillingness to travel domestic and internationally.Liaison work involving spare parts ordering, shipment, installation and after sales service which interact be-tween sales, logistics, customers and application specialists etc.Your ZEISS Recruiting Team
