Experience with manufacturing/operations in original equipment manufacturer (OEM) management and supply chain management.

Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Operations Engineering, or a similar field.

Experience in the consumer technology market and experience with OEMs, Original Device Manufacturers, and third-party suppliers.
Experience working with global and cross-functional internal/external teams.
Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, creativity, and strategic skills.

Lead cross-functional teams within Google and with external partners to prepare for production ramp and product transitions.
Drive manufacturing operational readiness in the factory leveraging partner resources as well as ongoing efficiency and improvement across factories.
Anticipate production and operational risk, communicate/partner with OEMs to manage bring-ups, qualification, material availability, and quality issues.
Lead regular meetings to communicate plans with cross-functional operations and demand planning.
Work with OEM partners to ensure performance goals for Quality, Turn Around Time (TAT) are met.
