As they continue to grow, now they are seeking a talented Software Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead software development team and drive technological advancements in the realm of baby monitoring.Job DescriptionStrategic Leadership:

Provide visionary leadership in developing and executing software strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions seamlessly into our IoT ecosystem.

Technology Roadmap:

Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for software development, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in our baby camera products.

Team Management:

Lead and mentor a skilled software development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Drive recruitment efforts to expand the team's capabilities and expertise.

Product Development:

Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle for baby camera products, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
Collaborate with hardware and firmware teams to achieve seamless integration of software solutions.

Quality Assurance and Security:

Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices to ensure the reliability and security of our software.
Implement robust quality assurance processes to deliver flawless products to our customers.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with product management, design, and other teams to align software development with user experience and business requirements.
Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance our software capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in software development leadership roles, preferably within Surveillance camera fields
Strong background in developing scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions.
Experience with AI/ ML, embedded systems and firmware development is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, connectivity protocols, and mobile applications.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
Passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
