- Actively identify and evaluate potential small and medium-sized business (SMB) clients in the target market to expand business opportunities.
- Develop and present compelling sales proposals tailored to clients’ needs.
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to expand networks and enhance brand visibility.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the payment industry.
- Proven sales experience, with a strong background in B2B business development preferred.
- Familiarity with various e-commerce transaction models is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- At least two years of sales experience.
