Uplift Personal Banking customers' engagement with the bank, with Primary banking behavior and value uplift as focus.
Develop a stronger proposition / customer experience for ONE and support the execution of Mass account priority
Leverage hybrid sales model to deliver wealth penetration
Oversight all related campaigns and ensure maximized budget efficiency and ROMI

Qualifications

University or above graduated
Proven banking related experience and track record
Good English and Chinese communication skills
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Very Familiar with Excel and PowerPoint
