- Serve as the primary contact for clients, coordinating their relocation and immigration needs, including visa applications and renewals, home and school searches, shipment of goods, temporary accommodation, cross-cultural training, look-see trips and familiarization, repatriation, spousal support & etc.
- Follow up relevant process flows in the delivery of all relocation services including process if necessary
- Provide briefings and counselling to clients
- Deliver expert consultation and administrative support for Work Permit, Visa, and Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) applications and other immigration matters
- Prepare application forms, correspondence, and translations while effectively monitoring submission timelines
- Conduct thorough research on immigration law and compliance to ensure all applications meet legal requirements
- Monitor clients' visa expirations and provide timely assistance for renewals
- Liaise closely with clients, government authorities, and internal departments to facilitate seamless communication and processes
- Assist foreign expatriates with apartment and school searches, as well as other related relocation matters
- Ensure that all documentation and filing processes comply with internal policies and ISO standards
- Execute any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in the relocation and real estate industries
- Sound knowledge of the global mobility relocation process
- Customer-oriented with strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail
- Diven, confident, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in any other languages is a plus
