Takes full ownership for ensuring continual safety, quality, cost, and productivity improvement in responsible area.
Ensures that the processes are consistently running with the Process Control System in the responsible area.
Collaborates effectively with Process and MT Engineers, Technical Advisors and Shop Floor Technicians.
Leads the identification of areas for improvements and optimizations based on the DuPont Operational Excellence Framework & Manufacturing 1.0/2.0 elements.
Identifies and executes process improvement opportunities based on aligned priorities/KPIs cascaded from Business and Integrated Operation strategic objectives.
Participates in Six Sigma – GBPL, Lean Practitioner and associated training, and applies the acquired knowledge in the workplace through Kaizens and Continuous Improvement Projects.
Implements Best Practices in operations, Ensures Most Effective Technology (MET), and implements specific Operating Discipline requirements.
Communicates and exchanges technical information with the global technical/operation community.
Leads and works with the site IT/process data team on MES-associated tasks and ensures project-based assignments are optimized and take up to 20-30% working time.

Qualifications

A major in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Material Science & Engineering in an MS degree is preferred.
Fresh graduates, or those with less than 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing-related field are encouraged to apply.
Excellent command of the English language for verbal and written communication.
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and SPC methodologies is a plus.
The ideal candidate should have high learning agility, be resilient to work stress, possess a highly accountable and positive personality, and be a team player.
