- Language skills – strong English and Mandarin Chinese, written and verbal skills.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, payments, consulting, or a similar field.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Experience in project management and the product marketing lifecycle, including customer profile analysis, initiative development, campaign planning, execution, and post-campaign measurement.
- Implementation experience of a product or program within financial services. Experience with a card issuer or acquirer is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in fields such as business administration, economics, finance, computer science, engineering. A Master’s Degree in related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in delivering growth for financial services products.
- Strong knowledge of the financial services ecosystem in Taiwan.
