Backend Developer (Golang)

• Design, develop, and maintain NAS solutions tailored for enterprise needs.
• Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to define and implement practical storage solutions.
• Provide expert guidance and innovative solutions to optimize storage performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain software applications and tools using Golang.
• Ensure APIs are well-documented, easy to use, and integrate seamlessly with our storage solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to storage systems and infrastructure.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high standards of code quality and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in the storage domain.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
• Participate in agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the storage industry with a focus on NAS solutions for enterprises.
• Strong proficiency in Golang and experience in developing high-performance, scalable software.
• In-depth knowledge of storage protocols, file systems, and data management techniques.
• Experience with storage hardware and software solutions, including RAID, SSDs, and SAN.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols relevant to storage systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide practical solutions for complex storage challenges.
