We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of Human Resources functions for our Taipei office (approximately 300 employees). This role will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall business objectives. The HR Manager will lead a team and report directly to the General Manager.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning and development, organizational development, and HR compliance.Partner closely with business leaders to understand business needs and provide strategic HR support.Oversee recruitment strategies and manage end-to-end talent acquisition to support business growth.Design and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.Drive employee engagement, retention programs, and internal communication initiatives.Lead performance management and appraisal processes, including goal setting, evaluation, and feedback mechanisms.Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration in coordination with finance and external vendors.Identify training needs and support career development initiatives.Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.Support organizational change, internal communications, and workforce planning.Prepare and manage HR reports, budgeting, and audits.Lead and develop the HR team to ensure high levels of professionalism, responsiveness, and efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.Full-function HR experience in a mid-to-large size company, preferably in the electronics or high-tech manufacturing industry.Familiar with Taiwan labor laws and HR best practices.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.Proficiency in both Mandarin and English.To apply it, please send your resume to christine.chen@morganphilips.com
