As a Business Intelligence Support Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing technical assistance and support for our BI tools and platforms.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide exceptional support for end-users, promptly resolving system issues.Troubleshoot business intelligence tools, dashboards, and reports to ensure optimal performance.Monitor and maintain the health and performance of BI systems, taking proactive steps to address issues.Contribute to project documentation, including user manuals and training materials.Develop visually compelling reports and dashboards to enhance product offerings.Collaborate in system testing, validation, and quality assurance activities.REQUIREMENTS:3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with SQL and Python programming languages.Proven experience in supporting business intelligence tools, specifically Power BI and Advanced Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with business analysis concepts and methodologies.Knowledge of database systems, Load Extract Transform, and Data Warehousing concepts.Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related fieldRelevant certifications in related BI tooling and/or the semiconductor industry are a plusLOCATION: Hsinchu Taiwan, Taipei Taiwan#LI-SC1Benefits offered are described: .AMD does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.
