Experience in mobile insurance applications, remote insurance services, or channel service systems is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:

Conduct system requirement analysis, functional planning, and technical evaluation
Prepare system design documentation including architecture, data flow, and API specifications
Develop and maintain backend systems using Java technologies
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate JavaScript-based functionalities
Support QA teams in system testing and issue resolution
Participate in projects related to mobile insurance, remote insurance, and channel service platforms
Continuously optimize system performance and stability

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of experience in Java system analysis and development
Minimum 5 years of experience in JavaScript development
Proficient in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and RESTful API design
Strong knowledge of database design and SQL (e.g., Oracle, MySQL)
Familiar with version control tools (e.g., Git)
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the insurance industry is a strong plus
Familiarity with mobile insurance, remote insurance, or channel service systems
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Vue.js or React
