Develop and manage a high-performing team through clear expectations, accountability, and professional development. Communicate customer expectations and collaborate with global OI networks to identify and implement best-known methods. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Business-related field with 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing. Proven expertise in coordinating complex projects and leading teams to successful outcomes. Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with diverse collaborators. Master's degree in Engineering or a Business-related field with 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing. Experience in developing and maintaining advanced data analytical tools and applications. Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation within an organization.
