- Oversee Budget and Trends processes, evaluating key objectives, engaging in analysis and collaboration with management committee members, and providing reports to General Management.
- Establish and enforce processes, Group systems, and procedures to ensure the consistency, pertinence, and accuracy of management information and financial flows, adhering to Group standards.
- Enforce adherence to Internal Control procedures and best practices.
- Identify risks and opportunities, and optimize solutions accordingly.
- Supervise the preparation of monthly reports.
