AVP, Mortgage Product Manager, Deposits & Secured Lending, Consumer Banking

• Manage and oversee the execution of technology-driven projects within the Consumer Banking Group, ensuring timely and successful delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT, and operations, to define project requirements, scope, and objectives
• Develop and implement project management methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, and facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology-driven initiatives in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Proficient in the use of project management tools and software, such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project-related issues
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
