We lead where medicine is going and need innovators with an unwavering commitment to results.Join us in developing treatments, finding cures, and pioneering the path from lab to life while championing patients every step of the way.Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicineWe are searching for the best talent for Sr Account Specialist_Lung Cancer_South.You will be responsible for:Entry to developing level skill set as an individual contributor, who works under close supervision.Supports the Oncology/Hematology sales team to drive business and meet financial targets.Assists in delivering sales performance and promotes product(s) within the Oncology or Hematology portfolio.Implements a proactive approach in researching trends and translates insights into identifying new opportunities.Supports the attainment of established sales goals, including market share objectives.Applies functional knowledge of sales process, product portfolio and customers to improve sales outcomes.Evaluates basic customer, procedural and marketplace data with other sales, clinical, marketing and strategic account teams to improve on solutions/service levels.Drafts sales reports and documents as the need arises.Develops basic knowledge of the market in order to support the needs of the Oncology/Hematology sales team.Addresses less complex technical issues and simple customer requests.Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.This job is salaried.Job is eligible for sales incentive / sales commissions.
