Supervisor, Pilot Plant

• As the Pilot Plant Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing the strategies and programs that support our division's growth, performance, and overall success.
• You will lead Pilot Plant team (Operation Associates and Lead OA) to achieve out KPI goals, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (customer facing/R&D/TPM/PDE/PM…) to fulfill LVCP/NPI growth, and support NPI development scheduling and sample supply timeline which includes but not limited to material number creation, SAP batch process and LIMS data setting, etc.
• Also, champion a culture of continuous improvement and development of operation process to ensure the product quality and increase productivity.

• Direct Pilot Plant team (Operation Associates and Lead OA) with clear goals and prompt react on problem solving
• Manage Pilot Plant resource to meet dynamic internal/external request in time and leverage the manpower with Manufacturing team based on SLRP
• Fully support the NPI sample delivery and the LVCP/NPI transition to HVM on schedule
• Lead LVCP/NPI SPC review for issue solving and quality
• Conduct production capacities review periodically, and actions taken to fulfill forecast demand
• Lead (capital) projects for Pilot Plant improvement of workplace and productivity
