Job Responsibilities1. Responsible for RF technology roadmap definition and execution2. Familiar with WiFi and Bluetooth integrated circuit market development and opportunities; understand and analyze the market dynamics of key players' landscapes3. With mmWave auto radar and/or satellite communication experience is a plus4. Good at customer engagement and business planning5. Advise management team of market potential, penetration strategies, and customer positioningJob Qualifications1. Master's or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field2. At least 10 years of experience in IC design or marketing3. Experience with N7/N5 technology development is a plus4. Ability to analyze and interpret market information for strategy development5. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional organizations6. Fluent in English and Mandarin
