
Manager, PII Protection & Management Team

- Team Leadership & Strategic Planning
- Lead the PII management team and develop strategies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for protecting personally identifiable information.
- Ensure team compliance with company policies and regulations through regular risk assessments and audits.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Information Security, IT, and business units to ensure lawful and secure use and sharing of PII data.
- Drive PII-related projects, coordinate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
- System & Tool Oversight
- Manage access permissions and data configurations for internal systems such as VDI and PIPS.
- Supervise encryption and decryption processes to ensure data handling meets security standards.
- Authorization & Review Management
- Review and approve internal requests for PII access, and regularly audit access logs and anomalies.
- Establish and maintain transparent and traceable authorization workflows and documentation.
- Training & Quality Control
- Design and implement training programs to raise awareness of data protection across teams.
- Develop quality control mechanisms to continuously improve processes and tool efficiency.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in information security, data management, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Law, Business, or related disciplines.
- Familiarity with personal data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, Taiwan Personal Data Protection Act) and corporate compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills to drive policy implementation.
- Strong reporting and presentation capabilities.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and auditing.
- Experience in quality control (QC) and compliance process design.
- Fluent in English.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-level data management systems such as VDI and PIPS.
