Job Description

Coordinate marketing projects to meet business objectives and deliver on schedule
Collaborate with sales team to support customer opportunities and arrange shipment of samples and Development boards
Coordinate sales prospecting activities and performance tracking efforts
Prepare all documents to initiate specific customer configuration into production status
Create instructions for technician and engineers to program and test customer's samples
Complete daily shipments of tools for customer requests in a timely manner
Manage inventory control in office
1 year of SAP experience a plus
Knowledge of Excel formulas a must
Wide range of misc. support for Sales and Marketing
Datasheet updates
Handle and process webstore orders
Support marketing and application teams with orders and builds
In Office position Monday through Friday

1+ years of experience in an office setting
Understanding of tech organizations with the ability to communicate with engineers
Good teamworking skills
Excellent attention to detail and project management
Superior organization skills
Time management skills
Fluent in English Language
Some flexibility during off hours
Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus
Associates Degree in Marketing, Business or related
