1.1. Communicate with HQ on local sourcing strategies regarding scope, specs, items, etc.
1.2. Support HQ's production line by sourcing local parts
1.3. Co-work with internal Service/Tech Support team and suppliers on improvement
projects, e.g., parts quality and lifetime improvement.
1.4. Review and evaluate supplier performance and conduct the supplier audit to ensure the performance and capability meet company's standards.
1.5. Drive customer satisfaction through CIP and Retrofit implementation with HQ and local teams.2. For local factory production management:
2.1. Work closely with HQ, Production, Sales and Procurement to ensure plans are aligned with supply and demand.
2.2. Work with production team to resolve factory operation issues.
2.3. Establish the manufacturing structure, flow, processes and procedures.
2.4. Identify cost drivers in production and develop options to reduce them.
2.5. Manage expenses to ensure cost effectiveness and budget targets are achieved.【工作制度/性質】 工作時間： 日班

附加條件： 1. Degree in engineering or related discipline.
