Co-working with R&D, customers, corporate business team and commodity buyers, accountable for EE commodity cost success.Responsibilities:
· Works closely with R&D to identify key supplier requirements for future products and proactively builds key supplier relationships.
· Negotiates best-cost pricing prior to “design-in” and knows how to leverage R&D to achieve best-cost negotiation.
· Continuous rationalization of AVL both with internal R&D and external customers.
· Interfaces with corporate commodity buyers to deliver KPIs for corporate.Key Measurements (Objectives and indicators):
· Achieves better pricing than customers LOA.
· Annual cost reduction KPI for electronic commodity.Minimum Qualifications:
· Fluent in both Mandarin and English is a must.
· Customer engagement experience.
· Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, a related Engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
· Good communication skills, especially working with engineering to identify key components/suppliers to build relationships for cost/delivery/technical support to deliver future business growth.
· Experience working in the professional acoustic/amplifier/conference/soundbar industry including procurement and/or supply chain management.
· Demonstrated data-driven decision making or quantitative analysis skills.
· High attention to detail, comfortable with “hands-on” management of tasks, and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
· Experience working with commodities such as active component, passive component and electric-mechanical commodities designed for acoustic applications products.Preferred Qualifications:
· 15 years of experience working in global supply chain management and consumer electronics manufacturing/ acoustic design/ premium audio/ audio amplifier/conference product/soundbar.
· New supplier development experience.
· Experience collaborating with supplier management in various geographies.
· Effective communication, sourcing, consultation and collaboration skills.需求條件 / Key Requirements
