  • Technical Expertise: Provides guidance on the installation of offshore structures, ensuring they meet technical specifications.
  • Project Management: Plans and prepares specific procedures for installation, including validation tests, transportation, and installation itself.
  • Leadership: Leads a team of engineers, mentoring and training them as needed.
  • Client Interaction: Communicates with clients, project management, and offshore personnel to ensure project alignment.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensures activities comply with project standards in terms of quality, cost, and time.
  • Problem-Solving: Addresses technical challenges during the procurement process and project execution phases.
  • Software Proficiency: May require knowledge of software like AutoCAD, Orcaflex, or Ansys for design and analysis purposes.
