Our programs are aimed to be legally compliant, market competitive and internally aligned with business goals.Lead ASML Taiwan annual remuneration & benchmark activitiesDevelop and execute C&B policies, guidelines, and programsNavigate local legal and regulatory landscapes to ensure the compensation and benefits programs adhere to tax, social security, and labor lawsPartner with HR colleagues and ensure seamless administration with precisionTranslate C&B metrics, trends, and costs into actionable insights for senior managementCommunicate and explain C&B policies to managers and employeesAdvise HR team on job grade evaluationLead or participate in global/regional C&B projectsParticipate in external C&B networks and manage external relationsExperienceMaster Degree holders in Human Resources or related majors. With more than 10 years of work experience in HR and C&B.Bachelor Degree holders in Human Resources or related majors.
