Key Job Accountabilities:1. Strategya. Take the lead in delivering Taiwan Luxe's media planner roadmapb. Build comprehensive and convincing annual or campaign media plans, optimization roadmap, and scenarios, including Media mix and recommendations for all Luxe brandsc. Plan marketing budgets and report on important metrics regularlyd. Monitoring the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns and strategies2. Coordinatea. Closely work with brand teams to support them in improving annual and campaign media performanceb. Be the division media team contact window for business brand teams by identifying media pain points and solution opportunities in conjunction with the marketing leaders of each brandc. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to synergize all resources to have a comprehensive media plan, including EC performance media, PR, social community etc.d. Manage relationships with multiple media agencies, adtech platforms, and publisherse. Ensure agencies follow L'Oréal golden rules and standards in setting up campaigns3. Innovatea. Identify the best local players and tech tools to help L'Oréal pioneer advanced media activationsb. Identify new opportunities (services, data usage, …) to better engage our consumers online during their purchasing journeyc. Find omnichannel synergies between offline and online channelsRequirements:
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin
  • +5 years of experience in media
  • Strong knowledge in digital precision media activation (e.g. Google Marketing Platform, consumer data platforms, DMP, DSP, programmatic buying, audience segments,…) and digital media KPIs (CPV, CPM, CPA, ROAS,…)
  • Capacity to handle pressure and reassure stakeholders (topic is visible to top management & big budgets)
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly results-driven • Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically. Capable of developing insights and quantifying results.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, including managing a small team to shape a positive environment
