- Strong knowledge in digital precision media activation (e.g. Google Marketing Platform, consumer data platforms, DMP, DSP, programmatic buying, audience segments,…) and digital media KPIs (CPV, CPM, CPA, ROAS,…)
- Capacity to handle pressure and reassure stakeholders (topic is visible to top management & big budgets)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly results-driven • Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically. Capable of developing insights and quantifying results.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, including managing a small team to shape a positive environment
