- Responsible for segment YoY productivity by continuously explore for Efficiency & Effectiveness improvement
- 8+ years of proven experience in industrial engineering. Prefer experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power point and AutoCAD
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong analytical skills, able to work under pressure
- Native Mandarin Speaker and fluent English is an added advantage
