- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, process transactions (orders, returns, exchanges), and ensure smooth handling of import/export operations in compliance with policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, analyze recurring problems, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance processes, products, and the overall customer experience.
- Communicate complex information clearly with both internal and external stakeholders, while building knowledge of the medical diagnostics industry to better address customer needs.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP or ERP or Oracle order management.
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and especially in Excel.
- Good in English writing, reading, speaking, and listening for effective communication.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, can quickly learn new things and active self-development on work-related skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating data analysis, creative problem-solving, or innovative solutions.
