@HYVE Solutions, missions to help customers, business partners, and employees achieve success through shared goals, strategies, resources and technology solutions.Job SummaryPCB Engineering – To ensure DFM, PCB supplier must identify and resolve all Hyve requirements and review with customer.Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

Propose all PCB requirement to multiple PCB suppliers during RFP/NPI phase.
PCB quality control (IQC) review and monitor must be conducted to ensure PCBs comply with all IPC/J-STD/MIL/PC-TPM….etc requirements
Finalize PCB TQs and report to customer (if needed).
Perform and document process characterization with Hyve and PCB suppliers.
Optimized for cost effective manufacturing according the design document from engineering team.
To follow PCB stack-up, material change defined in fab drawing with Hyve design team and customer alignment.
Drive PCB supplier as following test report requirement to meet CP/CA/CPK criteria.

Education and Work Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
5+ years of PCB Fab experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Fluent English in communication.
Familiar with PCB design process and material characterization.
Leadership with PCB supplier vendor
