o Collect and analyze financial data related to spare and warranty activities.
o Investigate cost variances and identify inefficiencies.
2. Standard Cost Checking:
o Work with SchM and Sourcing Manager to determine standard costs for various processes and services.
o Compare actual expenses against budgeted costs.
3. BOM (Bill of Materials) Checking:
o Review and validate BOMs to ensure accuracy.
o Collaborate with relevant teams to address any discrepancies.
4. Supplier Status Updates:
o Maintain regular communication with suppliers.
o Provide updates on supplier performance, delivery schedules, and any potential disruptions.
5. Cost Forecasting and Reporting:
o Prepare detailed cost reports periodically and as needed.
o Assist management in making informed decisions based on cost-benefit analysis.
6. Process Audits:
o Conduct audits on financial processes and transactions.
o Identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
7. PO (Purchase Order) Chasing:
o Monitor and track POs to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
o Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues.需求條件 / Key RequirementsBasic Qualifications:
o 1-3 years in Electronics manufacturing supply planning or similar role
o Bachelor's degree in supply chain, or related field
o Broad knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes (PCBA's) and logistics
o Experience with MRP/ERP systems, including material planning specific software such as SAP or Oracle
o Procure to Pay management experience
o Inventory management experience
o Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
o Basic proficiency with MS Office Applications, focus on Excel and PowerPoint
o Fluent in EnglishPreferred Qualifications:
o Direct experience in electronics assembly and server industry
o Deep understanding of Supply Planning elements, tools, and processes
o Proven track record in delivering change, process improvement, and lean manufacturing solutions
o Expert level with MS Office Applications, focus on Excel and PowerPoint
o Spares and Warranty experience is a plusPersonal Attributes:
