- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports, providing insights on financial performance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee administrative functions, including office management, procurement, and facility operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure effective administrative support.
- Assist in compliance with local labor laws, financial regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with other department managers to provide financial insights for decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in finance and administration roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices, as well as relevant regulations.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to work.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the healthcare or startup industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable, allowing you to effectively interact with customers and colleagues in these languages.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
