- Assist team leader to enhance the team’s performance efficiency by providing solutions.
- Achieve profit target of GC in partnership with Relation Managers via obtaining speedy approvals from Head Office.
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally.
- Work in partnership with Relationship Managers to provide guidance on data models associated with the deal.
- Work in partnership with Relationship Managers in the Branch to gather information from customers including but not limited to financial statements and company accounts.
- Work in partnership with Compliance and KYC Team on compliance issues, including but not limited to Know Your Customer and Sanctions
- Work in partnership with Head Office to seek guidance on any credit issues associated with the deal.
- Support team members on complex credit applications.
- Contributing to the department to level up the quality of credit application, credit analysis, credit monitoring as well as sharing MUFG credit policy.
- Obtain necessary internal approvals for new transaction, new accounts, renewal and deliver the product to the customers on time.
- Review credit risk of clients under GC i.e. regular credit analysis, collecting information directly from customer as well as other sources and report in timely manner (including Borrower Rating Review) to avoid credit loss..
- Prepare deal proposals and credit applications to ensure pricing, product offerings and the structuring of the deal is aligned to business strategy, delivers extraordinary customer experiences.
- Collect information from various sources including but not limited to customer’s financial statements, company accounts, borrow ratings and sector data to support in assessing the deal.
- Develop data models and projections to help the business in decision making on including but not limited to structuring considerations, profitability, risks and tax implication.
- Prepare presentation material for pitches prepared by the team.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations/limits and adhere to all company policies/guidelines.
- Support to develop departmental initiatives to drive the implementation of the department’s business strategy, to build the customer base and increase revenue business.
- Take Part in cross-functional project proactively.
- Support in managing the risk profile for the department.
- Arrange meetings to discuss ad-hoc issues to be solved.
