Promote innovation and continuous improvement across the team. Job Requirement： Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (advanced degree preferred). Experience: Over 15 years in software engineering and 5+ years in leadership roles. Deeply familiar with credit card payment systems and banking industry payment solutions. Technical Skills: Strong coding/debugging skills, knowledge of at least one programming language, familiarity with software development methodologies.
